Overall Reaction to the Exercise

Personal values card sorting is a great, inexpensive and simple asimple exercise hence anyone can prepare his/her own morality plan. The activity helps in developing patterns that one can use to arrangevalue contents. Moreover, this pattern can be described as a mentalmodel that increases efficiency and makes the product easier to use.The act is valuable because it aids in recognizing vital principlesin our lives and careers (Rosengren,2009). That said, using these principles, I will beable to make decisions and take actions that are in line with myvalues thus enhancing my personal authenticity and relation withothers.

Through the personal values card sort exercise, I came to realizethat qualities set are fundamental because they define what one wantsin life and the corresponding behavior in order to achieve it. Theactivity helped me to get insights of values set especially on thecore subjects of my ambitions such as happiness and challenges(Rosengren,2009). To boot, the set principles tend to focus onself and interpersonal values which are either private or social innature. Personal principles are values such as excitement, beauty, and happiness relating to an individual. On the other hand, socialvalues emphasize on the importance of involving other people such asfamily and community in your life.
