MyTop Five Strengths

MyTop Five Strengths

Myfive strengths include competition, deliberative, futuristic, intellection and developer. My first glance at these strengths didnot come as a surprise because I applied some, if not all, in mydaily life. I have always strived to become the best in my educationand everything I do at home or at school. I also deliberate orcontemplate on every decision and plan I make. Moreover, I amfuturistic in that I keep in touch with the latest technology andinformation as well as improve my intellect through reading andreviewing other people’s ideas.

Mytop five traits relate to my leadership style as a transformativeleader. I believe that being a transformative manager gives otherpeople opportunities to give ideas before making decisions. I alsobelieve that the ideas must benefit the business and everyone within.Additionally, as a manager I must support team work, hence makingthese traits crucial in that line of work.

Thereare two major traits that I must work on to become a good leadernamely futuristic and developer. For example, the current worldrequires someone who updates him/herself more on what is going on.The environment needs someone who can develop new ideas and productsfor the market. Additionally, the traits do not differ from thestrengths I require to become a good manager. This is because theyplay a big role in understanding the environment and working withother people.

Lastly,I anticipate to use deliberative and intellection traits in collegeor my future career. Being deliberative will help me plan andundertake thoughtful steps before any task. Additionally, intellection will help me understand other people and their ideas, aswell as work with them peacefully.
