Skills

Trainingrefers to an open system that allows feedback from an organization’sinternal and external environment. The increased opportunitiespresented by the concept of training influence the general directionand operation of the company. Therefore, in a bid to use the conceptof training to change the company’s demographics and ensure asteady increase in market competitiveness as we foster the productionand distribution of product and services, I will use the four mostimportant KSAs. The four KSAs that I will address during the CSRtraining include competence, knowledge, skills and attitude(Blanchard,&amp Thacker, 2012).

Doingthe CSR training, I will use the concept of knowledge and competenceto acquire accurate information on the company’s mission andvision. Using the two components of KSAs, I would be able to ensurethe effective interpretation of the organizations structuralalignment and unit functions.

Skillsrefer to a manual, verbal or mental manipulation of data, people, andthings. It is a concept that helps in the establishment of aneffective and objective working relationship between theorganizations various publics. Therefore during the training, I willuse the model of skills to facilitate conflict resolution among thetrainees as well as enhance their decision making process.

Lastly, attitude refers to the general perception and understanding of theorganizations present activities. During this training I will usethis particular component to create an environment for theparticipant to express their ideas in a clear and concise manner. Iwill do this to help the trainees achieve a clear understanding ofthe organizations goals and objectives.

Importantly,it should be noted that the four KSAs I have selected above relate tothe CSRs program open systems model due to their ability to enhanceand improve the participants learning process.
